The last 20 months taught us that, regardless the circumstances, God is building His church. He has been doing that for the last 20 centuries and “got” really good at :). Celebrating 5 years of our church came along with another big event: elders ordination! Four wonderful and loyal couples, that have been with us from the very beginning. We’ve never done that before, but we were excited to do it. So, we put our heart and soul into it and began to organise the biggest event for our church.

Over 20 pastors and elders from different countries, cities and churches answered affirmative to our invitation. We were thrilled! We’ve never had so many high profile spiritual figures in our church. The anointing was so thick we could barely see each other :). We were blessed with Colin, Paul and Jono’s presence from MFG.

When we began to plan the event the pandemic was at its lowest in Romania (two months ago). By the time of the event, the 4th wave was on the move. We prayed and fasted until God moved things in our favor cause we were “all in” for this ordination. Regardless all concerns we were determined to co partner  with God in building His church. He didn’t disappointed us so far and we are confident He will never will.

After a wonderful ordination service we all gathered around food, sweets and ice cream. Gluttony was on the menu :) We had a lot to catch up after prayer and fasting :).

 Two days prior to the event, when the pressure of canceling the ordination was really big, some words came into my mind: “Marius, you cannot afford the risk of not risking!” We’ve learn that He’s building His church first, we come second; in every time and every circumstance. 

Don’t give up! Labour hard! Do your part! He will do His for sure! We were honoured to have our double celebration and to share it with you! "
