From 22nd-26th May it was the MFG Leaders Conference 2023.
 Finally after three years apart we got to be together again.
Right from the moment check in opened we were all smiling and hugging,
 so thankful to be with our MFG friends once again.  

Twelve different nations from across the globe were represented, so this truly was Ministers Fellowship Global!
We welcomed old friends, new members, and visitors too.

From the first worship set of Monday night there was such a readiness within us to thank God for bringing us together. There was such a sweet spirit, a beautiful aroma, and it stayed throughout the week . We were so blessed to be able to celebrate as the MFG Global family, and sing praises out to our God. 

The theme of this year's conference was 'Reaching & Equipping A New Generation' and we were blessed to be joined by Rick & Cathy Ciaramitaro from Open Bible Faith Fellowship in Canada. They both shared with us messages of great encouragement but also words that challenged and stretched us in our faith. Both Rick & Cathy were so warm and friendly, they both spent so much time getting to know us and spend time together in the sessions, over mealtimes and out on our social trips too. We really loved having them with us. 

Across the week we also heard many great messages from our MFG friends. The speakers for the Main Sessions were Rebecca Jacob, Paul Cooper, Memos Sakellariou, Anthony Tselentakis and Colin Cooper, and  workshops with Paul Kikuvi, Bruce Laird, Coco Cristian and Winston Bygrave. 

Of course, it wouldn't be a complete conference article without telling you about the food and trips! The conference centre restaurant gave us such a wide variety of delicious food every day, we all needed to go out on shopping trips to buy new clothes to fit our bigger waistlines! The best part of the mealtimes were of course the conversations, followed by dessert!
For our trips many of us visited the town of Stone where we enjoyed a canal walk and a coffee out in the sunshine. Lots of the MFG delegates encountered a canal lock for the first time, and we got to watch the boats coming in and out.
On other days we shopped or visited Ironbridge to take in the beautiful sights there. 

It truly was an excellent conference.
